Frequently asked questions
What input do you need at a minimum?
A sketch, photo or drawing with main dimensions and material. If information is missing, you receive a clarification list after the completeness check, or we record assumptions in the assumptions log.
Which file formats do you deliver?
STEP, DXF, DWG and PDF as standard. Native files (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD) are included on request.
What are the turnaround times?
Sketch-to-CAD: 48 hours for small parts with complete input. Drawing conversion: 3–5 working days. Complete drawing packages: 1–3 weeks, depending on scope.
How do you handle revisions?
Every delivery includes a revision round after client review. Revisions are numbered and documented, keeping the drawing history traceable.
Do you work under NDA?
Yes. We sign your NDA before the intake and treat all supplied information as confidential.
Which software do you use?
SolidWorks, Inventor and AutoCAD; Fusion 360 where suitable. Output is delivered in neutral formats so you are not tied to our software.
What about liability and assumptions?
Assumptions are recorded in the assumptions log and confirmed before final delivery. Production release remains the client's responsibility; we deliver the checks and documentation to support that decision.
