Quotes and prices
Starting prices apply based on complete input. Final prices and turnaround times are stated in the quote per assignment.
Delivery and revisions
Every delivery follows the Definition of Done checklist and includes one revision round after client review, unless agreed otherwise. Revisions are numbered and documented.
Assumptions and responsibility
Assumptions are recorded in the assumptions log and confirmed before final delivery. Production release remains the client's responsibility.
Confidentiality
Supplied information is treated as confidential. On request we sign an NDA before the intake.
